The Beast, Kansas City's most elaborate haunted house, puts teams in an environment that tests their skills as a team... how they treat each other in stressful situations… if they work smarter, not harder, while still

accomplishing their goals with excellence! Which in this case is getting out…alive! In a work session, teams work to become a high-performing team--building the skills that can make or break them.
This team builder is a joint venture between Performance Lift Solutions and Full Moon Productions.

Don't let your team get caught up in the horrors of the day-to-day. Conquer The Beast and make progress on your most important goals! This team builder is offered on Fridays throughout October only.

Free Pre-Session Assessment

A pre-session assessment captures the team's level of competency in the areas of People, Process and Performance. Results are explored in the team building work session.

On Thursday night, teams are given a difficult challenge to tackle while attempting to survive The Beast.

On Friday, the team makes progress on its top goals and targets the most critical areas of focus needed to be successful.
